Where can I find my account number?

Your account number was sent to you by post when you opened your employee savings account. It is also printed in the top left corner of your statements (if you have already made some payments). Your account number is made up of 8 or 9 numerical characters.

Which password should I use?

Your password was sent to you by post when you opened your account. When you first signed in to the secure space, you were asked to change this password for security reasons. Your password should be made up of 6 numerical characters exactly (e.g. 498632)

Forgotten your password?

If you've forgotten your password or your access has been blocked after 3 unsuccessful attempts to sign in, you'll need to ask for a new password. To do this, click on "Obtain my password" and follow the instructions.
